Chimney Sweep & Air Duct Cleaning in Ladue

Your Local Chimney and Vent Experts in Ladue

Ladue homes often have more fireplaces, taller chimneys, and more complex venting than anywhere else in our service area. Our CSIA certified crews sweep, inspect, reline, and repair chimneys on Ladue homes of every age, from early estates to mid-century modern designs.

Every chimney safety inspection we perform in Ladue is based on St. Louis City & County and St. Charles City & County currently adopted municipal code, so you get a clear, documented report on the codes that actually apply to your home. We serve ZIP codes 63124.

What We See in Ladue Homes

Ladue was formed in 1936 from three villages, and more than a thousand of its buildings date to before 1946. Many homes are large brick or stone residences with several masonry fireplaces, while others are mid-century modern homes and newer custom builds with gas fireplaces and inserts. A single Ladue home can have a wood-burning fireplace, a gas insert, and a boiler or furnace flue, each with its own inspection needs.

Common problems we find in Ladue

• Several fireplaces in one home, some used often and some not used in years
• Tall masonry chimneys with weathered crowns, flashing, and mortar
• Original clay tile liners in older estates that are cracked or were never designed for gas inserts
• Boiler and furnace flues sharing a chimney with fireplaces
