• Gas Hearth Appliance Clean & Check — $339. Gas log, direct vent, and vent-free systems: firebox, burner, pilot assembly, and venting swept, logs vacuumed, operation checked, plus internal scan and report.
• Gas Heating Appliances Sweep & Check — $399. Water heaters, furnaces, and boilers: draft hoods, connector pipes, and associated flues swept, plus internal camera scan and report.
• Wood Hearth Heating Appliance Service — $429. Firebox, dampers, connector pipes, and flue swept, plus internal scope and report.
