What We See in Creve Coeur Homes
Creve Coeur homes range from the 1940s to today, with older ranch homes under mature trees and larger two-story colonials, plus a large share built from the 1970s through the 1990s. Most have a masonry fireplace or a factory-built unit, and many have had gas logs or inserts added over the years. Townhome and condo communities from the 1960s on add shared walls and long dryer vent runs.
Common problems we find in Creve Coeur

- Gas logs or inserts added to wood-burning fireplaces without a proper liner
