What We See in Webster Groves Homes
Webster Groves has several historic districts and many homes built from the 1860s through the early 1900s, including Victorian, Greek Revival, and American Foursquare houses. These homes often have more than one chimney, original or missing flue liners, and fireplaces that were built for coal or wood and later fitted with gas. The city's Historic Preservation Commission also means repairs on some homes should respect the original look.

Webster Groves Chimney and Vent FAQ
Yes. We regularly reline and repair older masonry chimneys and will talk through options that keep the chimney's original character.
Only after an inspection. Many older fireplaces need liner or masonry repairs first. A Level 2 inspection with an internal camera scan tells you exactly where things stand.
